Refunds and Returns Policy
Our returns policy is based on fair wear and tear.
All porcelain enamel parts are covered by a 2 year warranty. However this does not cover replacement due to damage or misuse.
Where parts have been ordered incorrectly a full reimbursement will be given subject to the satisfacory return of the original part.
